Easy Builder Office 2.1 is an integrated software solution for furniture manufacturing, starting from design, passing through necessary materials and optimizing consumes up to updating the stocks and quickly learning about the list of materials that have to be purchased.

The software package is made up of the following programs

Integral 3D is appropriate for the three-dimensional design in furniture manufacturing out of PAL [chipboard] or other products such as: glass, metallic plates, and plastics. This software application allows design of the pieces as sepparate elements (desks, beds, night tables, etc.), and as complex systems (kitchens, bedrooms, dining-rooms) in a manner as simple as possible with regard to understanding and usage.

Optim Cut is a software program specialized in optimizing the PAL [chipboard] plates cutting process. It can be easily adapted to cutting other materials such as glass, marble, granite, plastics, metallic plate work, aluminum and PVC. Making use of genetic algorithms, Optim Cut offers a fast computation solution with a medium optimization of 95%.

Stock Manager is a software program for data base management. Initially created to madiate the binding of Optim Cut with Integral 3D, Stock Manager is not limited to that, but can be used as stand-alone program.

Integral 3D provides Stock Manager with lists of orders that have to be stored for subsequent use (thus, an order can be created by hand or automatically generated by Integral 3D).

Once the specific orders have been provided to Optim Cut, this application can be closed and be passed to the history section in Stock Manager.
